Last week’s renewal ritual for unsettling ourselves at Bidston Hill was guided by the rune Eihwaz, which represents the Yew tree (second picture), the sounds of yuh and why. Connecting with the yew tree was profound and humbling at the same time. Thank you to everyone who participated and asked questions about what the land desires and what is our role in it. The channelled messages from the rune and landsea spirits shall unravel in their own timespaces as we work through the interconnected settler dynamics of our familial and landed relations.
This was the fifth ritual in this summer’s series of aett. Please join us for the next ritual on Friday, 12th Aug.
Thankful always to our water spirit guides and frejya for making these rituals for unsettling possible.
