Trancework is an ancient holistic bodymindspirit practice of relaxation and storytelling that has been used for millennia by people around the world. To connect with deeper layers of reality in tough times, times of war and of great change. Trancework may have been derided and reduced to mind control, laziness or lack of intelligence by settler, colonial, religious, and modern ideologies. But it has consistently been used as a countertool to remember our connection with the great mystery of the real reality, contributing in the birth of new realities, new worlds…
